Ms. Bellemare is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and is Chief Executive Officer of Mykrobel LLC with more than 15 years of professional experience in various airline and automotive systems, operations, and maintenance positions. She has worked in information technology hardware and software organizations, as well as in manufacturing and engineering. Her focus has been on business process improvement, software development, systems capacity planning, and project management. Her experience includes having managed individuals performing technical hardware selection and acquisition for Sabre’s TPF, OS/390, and VM environments, with a budget of $20 million, and has managed software development projects which integrated multiple platforms. She has been responsible for scheduling American Airlines 767, DC10 and MD11 maintenance where she also designed and implemented software methodology to assess inflation/deflation of airline’s annual maintenance spare parts budget of $486 million. She has built and managed development, implementation, and 24-hour support of a multi-platform meal forecasting system for airline, resulting in savings of over $10 million. She managed the daily operations for Sabre (formerly American Airlines) with an annual budget of $2.2 million consisting of 14 programmers, project managers, and industrial engineers on 3 different technical platforms. Ms. Bellemare was responsible for extensive analytical studies on many facets of airline operations, including dependability, maintenance scheduling, and operating costs. She produced optimized maintenance schedule routings for 767, DC-10, MD-11 and F-100 aircraft and participated on cross-departmental teams whose mission was to enhance overall airline operational performance. Her work included developing a financial cost of cancellation model for American Airlines. Her automotive experience includes managing 25 production workers on a sheet metal press line manufacturing automotive fenders. She developed repeatable quality assurance processes for resistance weld quality to allow General Motors to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Ms. Bellemare has also designed, developed specifications, and completed project justifications of material handling systems in chemical plants. She led an insurance-industry call center improvement initiative involving 70 representatives to measurable, consistent day-to-day service operations by identifying and implementing streamlined processes, performance tracking, and manpower planning, resulting in reduced call wait times and elimination of “lost” calls. She has built large-scale data and statistical analysis tools in support of system operation such as SAS Analytic Software. Ms. Bellemare has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute).

Mr. Bellemare is the Chief Operating Officer of Mykrobel LLC and has more than 25 years experience in the utility industry. Mr. Bellemare was a founder of UtiliPoint International, Inc. in 2001, a utility industry advisory and market research firm that led to an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2010 and where he served as the company’s CEO, COO, and CFO. He advises clients on market research and industry surveys, public outreach, asset/business valuation, engineering design, and financial modeling. He has led numerous community outreach activities on challenging public issues such as transmission facility siting and frequently participates in community forums such as city council meetings on industry issues. Mr. Bellemare also has developed industry working groups and has led and implemented dozens of market surveys and primary/secondary research projects. He previously worked for Fortune 500 utilities in a variety of capacities including managing director of energy services, director of market research, power plant and transmission operations, research and development, distribution engineering and power plant engineering. He was executive co-lead on the AEP-CSW merger and his experience includes helping to manage some of the largest solar and wind research projects of their time where he was involved in not only the research aspects of the programs but also the community interaction and interface activities. Mr. Bellemare was Director of Market Intelligence for Central and South West (now AEP), where he was responsible for overseeing the market research and surveying of the utility’s one million-customer base. Mr. Bellemare was the representative for that utility to the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and was responsible for managing a more than $10 million research and development budget. He helped manage the real-time management of a 14,000 MW generation fleet in a four-state region. He holds a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology with a power engineering major and telecommunications, controls, and industrial engineering minors. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Oklahoma and is a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Mr. Bellemare is frequently quoted in the press and makes public presentations on energy issues, with forums including Forbes, CNBC, the World Energy Council, Energy Risk Mutual, African Utility Week and industry regulators.
